I offer a private room of 15 m² in a large duplex apartment located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, without elevator. You will be a 5-minute walk from the city center of Briançon, 5 minutes from the Prorel cable cars and also 5 minutes from all shops. The space A bathroom and toilet located opposite the bedroom will be reserved for you. You will be able to have breakfast in the dining room upon request from your host. Guest access no access to the kitchen or other rooms. For smokers, access to balconies is possible. During your stay I will welcome you between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and would be happy to provide you with all the information about the surroundings and the walks to do. It is important that you speak French for the sake of communication because I do not speak English well and I will therefore not accept these reservations. Other things to note Parking is located at the foot of the building. If you have bicycles or ski equipment or motorcycles, a garage can be provided.
