The property consists of three new double bedrooms, furnished with simplicity and elegance. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, kettle with a selection of tea/coffee/herbal teas. A cot/crib can be provided upon request. Linen change is provided every 3 days. A short walk from the Central Station to reach the Cinque Terre The property is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT an elevator (99 steps) The space The guest house consists of 3 rooms, all with private bathrooms, private keys for each room. Each room can accommodate up to 2 guests. Guest access The building does not have an elevator, the rooms are located on the 4th floor (98 steps). No elevator available, rooms are located on the 4th floor (98 stairs). Private room for 2 guests. Private bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the daily cost of the room, but we will provide our guests with tea, herbal teas and coffee and some small snacks. During your stay I will be happy to welcome you to my home. I am more than willing to provide clarification and more information both before guests arrive and during their stay. My guests can contact me at any time (SMS or a phone call) even simply to ask for advice. Other things to note I am extremely flexible about check-in times and always try to meet the needs of my guests. What I ask is to know, a few days before the start of the stay, the arrival time so that I can reach the property and wait for check-in. The "Accommodation Tax" is not included in the room price. €2.50 per night, per person. Check-in after 7 p.m. can only be made after acceptance by the host and has an extra cost of €20 Being an apartment, respect for common sense is appreciated, especially during rest hours, thank you.
