WELCOME to this 93 m2 house mixing old and new! Composed of 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people, equipped with a modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 toilets, and a walk-in shower. Located in the city center of Eymet, in a charming quiet carreyrou, it will allow you to enjoy our good restaurants and discover the atmosphere of our pubs, without having to get behind the wheel (they are all around the corner) ! The space The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor there is the main entrance which crosses the living / dining room, a step below you enter the kitchen and upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (with WC, sink and shower) Close to all shops, in the morning you will only have to walk a minute to pick up your baguette and your croissants at the bakery located under the arcades. Enjoy it! Guest access You will not have access to the attic. Access to the house is via a pedestrian lane, 15 meters from the parking area. I advise you to park your car in front of the church located Avenue de la Bastide 24500 Eymet and I will take you to the house located at least a minute walk. Other things to note IMPORTANT because sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price: - Cleaning charge at 35 €. - Bed linen package at € 10 per room. - Towels package € 2 per person.
