This Studio is one of 5 rental units in a purpose-built apartment block, sharing a communal swimming pool. All our rental units are situated in an extension of our family home originally built in the 60s, located on the hillside overlooking the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town as well as offering 180 degrees superb views of the sea and nearby islands. The space The studio apartment is situated on the first floor of our 3-story property located in a quiet neighborhood. It has its own balcony complete with table & chairs. The kitchen, as a part of the open-plan air-conditioned kitchen/dinner/living/sleeping area, is fully equipped with all you need to get creative. There is a dining table and chairs, a comfy super king-size bed, sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The space gets a generous portion of natural lighting from the balcony. Guest access Free Parking for guests with a car. Free use of the swimming pool and the area around it. Free Wi-Fi with signal boosters installed (please ask on arrival). Other things to note The rules for pool users are:: 1. You use the pool and the area around it at your own risk; 2. Surfaces around the pool when wet can be slippery so pay attention when you move around to protect yourself from slips and falls; 3. Shower yourself before entering the pool (required). Our advice is to do it again when you come out of the pool; 4. Jumping in the water is not allowed; 5. Before leaving the pool area make sure to dry and not to enter the main building with wet feet or shoes: 6. Use of the pool is from 09:00 to 21:00. Enjoy it PS: In the room next to the pool there are toilets that you can use as well as sun beds and beach towels if you need them.
