Cozy private home nestled in the woods with a beautiful view overlooking Seneca Lake. Stony Oaks is conveniently located 10 minutes away from wineries, breweries, Watkins Glen State Park and Watkins Glen International Speedway as well as 30 minutes from Ithaca or Corning. A perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying all the amenities of the Finger Lakes. The space We welcome guests into our modern home on 4 semi-wooded acres with newly renovated spacious rooms and bath. We have 2 rooms that can host up to 4 people in 2 full size beds. The rooms have a private entrance, ceiling fan, wifi, a cozy chair and desk, access to garden and private deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of Seneca lake. The bathroom is private; however it is not an ensuite, there is a short hall, only used by guests to get to the bathroom. We have two adorable dogs Eleanor and Dolly, who are amazing host and will greet you at any opportunity provided. We do not allow kitchen access, there is a mini fridge in each room. Guest access We live in the house on the bottom floor and will greet you when you arrive; we encourage conversation about the beautiful area we live in. We are happy to make suggestions for enjoying the region, however, we are respectful of your privacy.
