Arlyn has been designed to cater for large groups of up to 14 people (12 adults and 2 put me up beds). On arrival You will be taken away by the breathtaking views of Padarn lake with the beautiful mountains including the famous mount Snowdon as a backdrop. The outdoor area is complete with views of the lake and panoramic views of the mountains. Only meters away from the home you can access the route that leads directly on to a circular walk around Llyn Padarn lake. The route is a 5.1 mile trail that will take you to Llanberis and back. The route is rated as moderate and mainly used for walking, running, hiking and of course cycling. Some of the worlds top cyclists and sportspeople take full advantage of the routes available. Another benefit of the location is the access to the lake for watersports such as paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. In the outside patio area you’ll be sure to enjoy the sun, relaxing with a drink in the hot tub whilst surrounded by stunning scenery. Being such a popular part of the country we have made sure the patio area is secluded and private at the same time. The garden has a large paved area perfect to spend quality time with friends and family. Adjacent to the patio area is access to the main living area and games room which includes a full sized pool table. You have the option to entertain indoors or outdoors which is a bonus! This is a very spacious, stylish and top of the range holiday home that caters for a large party of friends, family gathering or any other occassion. We believe that we have created a home with all the ammenities and luxuries of a five-star hotel. You’ll struggle to leave this home but when you do there’s so much to do at your doorstep.
