Coffee, tea, and a welcome bottle of wine are provided. A full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and in-unit washer/dryer. The separate bedroom, located up a short flight of stairs, features a queen bed with a gel memory foam mattress and skylights above—perfect for stargazing at night. Enjoy a private balcony where you can relax with coffee or wine while taking in the surrounding greenery and wildlife. The apartment is very quiet and private, with no shared walls or ceilings. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire apartment. All amenities are for your use and enjoyment. You may use the house elevator or stairs for access. Free street parking is available nearby (please avoid parking in front of the mailbox). Other things to note • If you plan to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can provide bedding. • The apartment is usually naturally cool. Fans are available, and on warmer days (80°F+), a portable air conditioner can be provided upon request. • No need to wash linens or towels before checkout—we’ll take care of everything.
