The self-catering accommodation is in our house on a quiet, UNMADE-UP ROAD (tarmac at the bottom and top but the rest is unmade and can be rough in wet weather). It overlooks the town of Hastings and St Leonards and is located to the north-east of town. There is a small kitchenette. The space This is an upstairs apartment with a private off-road parking space and use of the front patio, entrance porch, private downstairs bathroom, and upstairs a kingsize double bedroom with distant views west, a kitchenette and a separate breakfast/TV/study room with a single bed. Other things to note We recommend that guests have their own transport. We have a no-smoking policy inside the house, but the front garden is available for smoking if required. Also no candles please.
