~The Cottage at Bear Cove~ Private lake cottage nestled in the Chatuge cove with beautiful mountain & lake views. Swim, hike, boat & fish. The peace and tranquility of the property are felt immediately. Very updated, clean space. Coffee bar available 24/7. Small charcoal grill also available along w/ fire-pit area. *We are sorry to say that we are no longer offering our complimentary breakfast. Just in case you see a mention of this in any reviews. It was a pleasure while it lasted though! The space It's small, quaint & unique yet very updated & clean. It's a perfect mountain getaway! We live on the property in our main cabin but you probably won't even know we are there unless we are needed by our guests. There is now a fire-pit area just in time for the fall! Also, there is a fully functional kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Check in is anytime after 4pm. Wintertime- The lake will be drained some. They do this every year with Chatuge. This leaves our cove and others a little shallow for fishing and what not. Heads up to all the fisherman. ****This property no longer allows pets**** We apologize to all the people who travel with their fur babies.
