The house is located within easy walking distance of Albany's CBD. Fully renovated internally in 2017 the comfy home has retained some of its retro features. Upgades includes a modern kitchen an ensuite has been added to the master bedroom. Our home has beautiful views over Albany and the Porongurups. This is the perfect place to relax and explore amazing Albany. With ample parking for 4 cars and trailers it is also ideal location for people needing a place to stay whilst working in Albany. The space The house has been fully renovated internally in 2017 with a few retro features. The living, dining kitchen is open plan with plenty of natural light. The large master bedroom has a modern ensuite. The 2nd bedroom is also spacious and includes a double bed sideboard and wardrobe . The third bedroom includes a single and a bunk bed perfect for the kids. The sun room off the kitchen is nice place to read a book in the afternoon sun or sit on the classic old barstools and watch your partner cook up a storm. The house has a relaxed feel is a great place for a holiday with friends or for families. We have porta-cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. Guest access Guests have access to entire house. Their is a large rear yard. Their is plenty of room for parking up to 4 cars including sufficient room to park a trailor, boat or caravan. Under the house is an out door table setting and BBQ for guest use. Other things to note The yard is not fenced off, so something to keep in mind if travelling with little ones. General rubbish is the blue bin. Recycling is the green bin. We are happy for guest to park on the rear lawn as it easier to access the house via the back door.
