It comfortably fits two and is located on a quiet, safe and peaceful street of Talamban,Cebu City. The space As pictures may appear bigger, the space is an 18 square metre fully furnished studio. The bed comes with an orthopaedic mattress and pillows to give you a comfortable sleep. The unit is also equipped with * High Speed WIFI with easy access to NETFLIX , Prime Video and YouTube *hot and normal shower, *kitchen utensils with high grade non stick cooking pot and frying pan, *microwave *rice cooker *electric kettle *refrigerator *wardrobe cabinet *dining table *40" HD Smart TV *remote controlled AC. All that and more!. Real value for your money. Guest access Upon check in, guests will be provided with their own key for the unit so they can come and go as they please. Wi-Fi and internet details will be provided a day prior arrival. Guests also have access to the roof deck which has a great view of the city lights during night time. Other things to note *Parking slots are very limited with a fee ( subject for availability). Please inform me prior booking if you have a vehicle to park so we could check if we could get one available for you. Parking fee is 100-150 pesos per night for 4 wheels and 50 pesos for motorcycle. *Free 1 bottle of 5 gallon drinking water and a complimentary bath essentials are provided for your first few days only. Please feel free to use it. Refills are on you. * TV has NO cable and international channels , however, you can stream and watch tv shows and movies via NETFLIX , Prime Video ( access provided on TV ) and Youtube with premium subscription. *Your reservation comes with a one time cleaning charge. We make sure that the unit is spick and span before your arrival. Extra towels and sheets are also provided for reservations exceeding 7 nights (should they need to change) . A fee of 600 pesos will be collected should guest request for a cleaning service within the reserved dates. Cleaning request needs prior notice so we can book and schedule the cleaning agency - a third party service provider. *All booking transactions must go through the Airbnb's system only using your credit or debit card.
