Casa Martina is immersed in the heart of the Roero, surrounded by vineyards and paths that run through the hills near Canale, from which it is 4 km away. It is located on the second floor of a farmhouse built in the early 1900s, where my family and I live. Surrounded by a large garden, it offers the possibility to relax in the shade of a century-old linden tree or cool off by taking a dip in our underground pool and having fun with the games in the small park. The space The fully renovated apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), dining area, two bathrooms with bidet and maxi shower, three bedrooms with linen. This self-catering accommodation is equipped with towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. There is the possibility of using a common laundry. Guest access Casa Martina is a place where you can appreciate the silence and sounds of nature with a view that ranges from the mountains to the hills of Monferrato. At your disposal is the garden with sun loungers for relaxation and a gazebo for your breakfasts or aperitifs outdoors. It is located 15 km from Alba, capital of the Langhe, 20 km from Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, 28 km from Asti, 25 km from Barolo, 45 km from Turin. It therefore offers the possibility to practice outdoor activities on foot or by bicycle to do tastings in local wineries, to try the cuisine of typical restaurants and to visit characteristic places. The accommodation tax is payable on site and is 2.00 euros per person per night, children under 10 years of age are excluded from payment.
