Pool opens Memorial Day to Labor Day. Experience a private and secluded retreat in a home where bold feature walls and chic decor blend with traditional wood fixtures and styles. Fire up a delicious BBQ on the outdoor deck before dipping into the pool. Enjoy our happy home and create long las memories. The space The house sits comfortably in the center of a 1/2 acre beautiful private wooded lot. There are 4 steps to access the house but other than those there are no more steps once inside. The house is well proportioned and very comfortable. We make every effort to keep it very clean and inviting. Most people say it’s a “happy house” where they’ve made lasting memories. Guest access Pool As our tenant you will have access to the entire house. Other things to note 1.) The pool can be heated for an additional charge: Please let us know that you would like the pool to be heated. There are 2 large propane gas tanks close to the pool. If you decide to use them we need to have the gas company come by every other day to fill them up. 2.) FOR MONTHLY RENTALS, Please take note that you will be responsible for paying the following charges in addition to the rent: Heating: we will collect $600 deposit and return any money that is not used. Cleaning: the housekeeper comes to clean once per week. You will be responsible to pay them $35/hour. They take about 3-4 hours to clean. Please note all my past guest love our housekeepers. Garden maintenance: $80 dollars/week.
