Tucked along a peaceful tree lined driveway with stunning meadow and valley views, this cozy escape is perfect for a relaxing getaway or even for a longer stay if you are traveling for work. It has also been perfect for those transitioning to a new area or between houses. With 3 bedrooms and a large living space, designated office and full kitchen, it has plenty of room for settling in. Large King primary suite, with newly renovated en-suite bathroom, large and spacious with a walk in shower. The space This small house is one level, making it very easy for all ages to get around. •Spacious with a large primary suite, with walk in shower. •1 queen bedroom and 1 full bedroom sharing the 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower. •Living room with smart tv. •Office area with desk and chair as well as a reading chair nook with bookshelf. •Dining room with 6 chairs. •Newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities for comfort: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig compatible coffee maker and everything else needed to cook comfortably! Outside areas, include dining table and chairs, deep seating sofa and chairs on a large very private deck area, surrounded by string lights. We supply bathroom and kitchen essentials for short term stays, long term stays receive the same amounts, and guest is responsible for restocking as needed beyond the given supplies. ➡️Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. ➡️3-4 rolls of tp as a starter in each bathroom. ➡️Towels & Linens. ➡️ Starter paper towels in kitchen. ➡️ Salt, Pepper, Olive oil, Pan Spray. ➡️ Hand Soaps, Dish Soaps, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Pods, Garbage Bags. Guest access Guests have the entire house and yard to themselves. There is a supply closet in the property that is not available for guests to access. Barn/garage on property is used for owner storage space, doesn’t take away privacy from guests in anyway. Guest is able to use this for bike, large item storage if needed. Feel free to visit the horses across the driveway. Other things to note While the house has 3 bedrooms, we prefer a limit of 3-4 adults, with room for children if needed.
