The main bedroom has a king bed with AC, and the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed with a ceiling fan. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout. Relax by the infinity-edge pool with ocean views in this beautifully remodeled home. The space Nestled on a hill near Gros Islet and the marina yacht harbor, our penthouse offers stunning views and easy access to a variety of nearby dining options. This airy, high-ceiling unit features two bedrooms with ceiling fans. The west-facing main bedroom has a quiet, new AC unit and a king-size bed, while the east-facing second bedroom enjoys ample airflow through large openings (no AC). Both beds come with mosquito nets. A comfortable sectional couch is in the living room. The design is blending modern comfort with tropical charm. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double-door fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, oven, espresso machine, and more. A washer and dryer are also provided. There are two spacious, identical bathrooms, each with rain shower heads. Step out onto the private balcony to take in breathtaking ocean views, relax in one of two hammocks, and enjoy plenty of privacy. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean to the west, perfect for sunset views. It’s exclusively for guests and features lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Nearby, an outdoor dining table and BBQ are available for your use. Reliable high-speed WiFi covers the entire property—including the apartment, balcony, and pool deck—offering enough bandwidth to stream HD videos or work remotely. Please bring your personal devices, as the penthouse has one Smart TV. In rare cases of internet outage, there is also good LTE mobile coverage. A separate office room offers peaceful sea views. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. Free off-street private parking for your convenience. Guest access The pool is shared only with our staying guests. We only have 3 small additional guest apartments in the house, so it's never getting crowded like hotel pools. Other things to note Eating out: The largest variety of the islands food options are in the north in our proximity. For example the Marina is a 15-20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive with options like Italian, Thai, Latin, local, sushi and cafes. About 5-10 minutes walk down the hill are two food truck courts and about 15 minutes walk is the Gros Islet village center for more local options. Rodney Bay is a short 5 minute drive (walk to bus stop 5-10 minutes) with further options and grocery stores. The Gros Islet and Rodney Bay Area have the most density on food options on island. Rentals: Although you don’t need a rental car, we recommend to reserve one for maximum flexibility to explore the island. We are located on a steep hill. Walking distance to a mini bus stop is about 5-10 minutes. A rental is convenient to come up the hill especially during hot days. Taxi: If you need transportation, we can organize a reliable driver with a nice mini van taxi with AC. We are not suited for wheelchair access. We are on a steep hill with many stairs. Everyone in your group has to be physically fit to walk multiple flights of stairs. The reward is a spectacular view to the Caribbean sea over Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island and the hillsides of the north of the island.
