Situated on 500 sqm,house of 230 sqm contains big hall,3 bedrooms,two bathrooms and huge living area with fully equipped kitchen on the first floor and big entertainment area with home theatre on the second floor. Main bedroom with en-suite, two out of three bedrooms have flat screen tv. The space Air conditioners installed in each room including commercial air conditioner in the living area(covering 150 sqm for cooling in hot months and 200 sqm for heating during cold months). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay,including coffee machine,food steamer,blender etc. Upstairs you have a dining area with a table for 8 people and comfortable sofa to enjoy home theatre(projector is connected to apple tv and apps like Netflix, YouTube and so on all ready to be used). Outside you have a terrace with quality furniture and sun beds as well as fully filtered swimming pool. During winter all floors are heated to comfortable temperature and electrical fireplace is available for use as well. Transfer available upon request for extra fee,depending on pick up point.
