Only 1.5 hrs from either Glasgow or Edinburgh Kilfinan is in a perfect central location to explore Scotland. This stunning traditional sandstone Edwardian townhouse has been newly renovated. The home is over 3 levels and has been finished to an impeccable standard with modern decor. Situated on the Main Street in Killin, close to all local amenities, with the famous Falls of Dochart only a short walk away. The space Kilfinan has 3 large bright bedrooms over 2 floors. Each bedroom has its own freesat TV. And King rooms have smart tvs. 2 rooms with king sized beds. The attic master bedroom has en-suite and can also have a z bed if required. There is a sofa bed in the largest bedroom available also. The third bedroom has twin beds. Middle floor has main bathroom. A cot and high chair on request. The ground level has a porch entrance (perfect to leave coats and boots) which moves into a large modern open plan area with a brand new kitchen/dining/ living area with W/C. The living area also has 1 sofa bed giving you choice as to where the extra guests can stay. There is unlimited wifi throughout the property. Kilfinnan has two private garden areas front and back with the back area perfect for evening BBQ’s in the setting sun. There are 2 car park spaces with a free public car park just opposite with electric charging ports. We supply towels and bedding along with many kitchen items. Guest access All areas are accessible to you, the whole properly is yours for your stay. There is a keybox for self check in Other things to note We are happy to have dogs to stay, they are allowed on the ground floor at Kilfinan and not on any furnature. There is a small £10 charge for the entirety of the stay for the extra cleaning involved.
