Lovely villa with private parking, 3 minutes' walk from the sea and the House of Inspector Montalbano. The property, renovated in 2018, is equipped with an anti-theft system, a garden with a barbecue, several outdoor verandas and a parking space. The interiors are new: a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds that can be joined, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned. The space The large outdoor spaces, the different verandas where you can find a relaxing corner and the garden with barbecue, make the house very comfortable even for families with children and large groups. Guest access Guests have access to the covered parking space, shared access to the garden, and all outdoor verandas. Other things to note 1) In July, August and the first week of September, check-in and check-out are ONLY ON SATURDAY. Please do not book check-out on other days.
