The house was built a multifamily home and the way the house is laid out sound does not permeate from other units. Check In is done through a lock box so you can check in anytime after 3 pm. instructions will be available for you through the app, and sent by your host the day before your check in. Other things to note I always try to accommodate early check ins and late check outs when my schedule permits.
