The open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is spacious and modern, and there are three generous sized bedrooms upstairs. The cosy courtyard garden with its outside seating is perfect for an al fresco breakfast or evening tipple, and there is secure parking for one car. The Chaucer has complimentary Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a Ring doorbell for your security. The space Downstairs in The Chaucer, there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area which includes a sofabed for extra guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer. The lounge has a Smart TV and there is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are three good sized rooms. The master bedroom contains a king size bed and an en-suite with a shower. Bedroom two has a twin bed layout and the third bedroom contains a single bed. There is a spacious main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The house has a small courtyard garden with seating. The property also enjoys the security of a gated entrance and there is parking for one car. Guest access The whole house is for your sole use during your stay. A lockbox is provided at the property, providing flexibility for guests arriving. On the day of arrival, we will provide instructions on how to gain access through the gates as well as the code for the lockbox. Other things to note Please note, there is only space to park one vehicle at the property. However, if you are planning to bring more than one car, we can offer guests parking vouchers which entitle them to park nearby in any one of several city centre car parks. The vouchers come at a cost of £12 per 24 hour period. Please advise us prior to your arrival if you would like to purchase these vouchers and we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
