A beautiful cottage dating from the mid 1800s recently renovated and furnished in a shabby chic vintage style. With free parking to the rear and a quaint outdoor area is it a perfect location for exploring the quirky town of Presteigne and the Welsh Marches. Lavender Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the local amenities and a 5 minute drive from fields and open countryside. The space I hope you will love this little cottage as much as I do. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen but I have adopted a vintage shabby chic styles where possible and have sourced many items of antique French/Dutch furniture for your enjoyment. Guest access There are no shared spaces, save for the car park which is on a firsthand come first serves basis although there is almost always plenty of space. You will have the entire property to yourself.
