The Mill & Mill House, Isola

The Mill & Mill House have been restored to retain all the original features but with every comfort. There are 2 well equipped kitchens, separate lounges and dining rooms but room to cook and eat together. There is a beautiful new infinity pool 5m x 12m. The area is fantastic for walking and with lots of Medieval hill top villages to explore. Local restaurants are family run with Tuscan specialities. We rented out privately before Covid to 5 star reviews. Cancellation policy is strict. The space The Mill and Mill House give you a chance to get to the real, unspoilt and authentic Italy. For a large group there is plenty of space to be independent or together. Ideal for those who love peace and quiet, good food and exploring the countryside with wonderful walks on the doorstep including the Garfagnana Trekking Trail. Guest access The two houses can be independent or connected through the top floor. Other things to note The Mill and Mill House are rooted in our family history. We have sought to restore them to retain many original features but with all modern amenities, They are particular well equipped for groups who love to cook and eat together before eating under the vine of the pergola. The Garfagnana region is renowned for its mountains and regional food The area is very green and unspoilt. The heat of the summer is often off set with a gentle breeze - contrasting with the cities. The houses are beautifully set for a restful holiday and yet excellent walking and cycling is on the doorstep.
