Bright apartment within walking distance of the old town and 5 minutes from the opera house. Tram stop in the immediate vicinity (100 m). All-day sun, views into the quiet and green courtyard. Anteroom, storage room, living room with kitchenette, dining area, living and sleeping area with writing area and bathroom/toilet (approx. 43 m²). 140 cm bed for 1 -2 people for longer stays. For short (additional) stays, an additional 1-2 people can sleep on a pull-out sofa for an extra charge. Other things to note For stays of less than 14 days, a nightly tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable to the city of Graz. This fee is not due for stays longer than 14 days if it is a work stay or a stay for training purposes.
