The space Our newly opened apartments in 2015 offer you full comfort: - A fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. - Free Wi-Fi for surfing the World Wide Web. - A flat-screen TV and a radio for your favorite station. - A heavenly double bed you won't want to get out of. - A modern bathing oasis with shower and toilet. - A cozy living room with dining table for four and a comfortable sofa bed for two. - We will be happy to provide you with towels, bath towels, bath mats and bed linen. - For longer stays: We have a central laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron to make you feel at home. (Alternatively, we are happy to organize a cleaning and laundry service for you.) - For our young guests, we are happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot with linen (please request when booking). Good mood, friendly staff and nice weather included (in case of emergency we lend umbrellas). Our apartments are located at the gates of the Alm Valley, a natural paradise with many opportunities for cross-country skiing, skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking. Description of the apartments: Apartment 1.1 Our apartment 1.1 (42 m²) has an anteroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a pull-out comfort sofa bed (with lifting mechanism), a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a cozy large double bed, bathroom with toilet. When expanding our four apartments, we attached great importance to high-quality materials. That's why our living and sleeping rooms are equipped with parquet floors and mostly with solid wood furniture. Each apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and high-quality mattresses. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area for four people. A comfortable sofa bed accommodates two people. The bathrooms are modern and inviting. Guest access Wi-Fi Laundry room (for longer stays only) Other things to note 🌿 Tourist tax In Austria, a local tax is payable for all overnight stays in accommodation establishments, which is paid to the respective municipality. 🌿 Tourist tax For Pettenbach, the following applies: €2.40 per night per person 15 years and older Please note that the local tax is not included in the nightly rate. You can either conveniently transfer the payment in advance or pay in cash upon your arrival. 🧹 Before check-out – thanks for your cooperation! To help us get the apartment ready for the next guests quickly and with care, we ask you to do a few small things: 🍽️ Dishes & cutlery Please clean any dishes and cutlery you use, dry them, and put everything back in its place. Garbage 🗑️ separation Please dispose of trash carefully and separately (do not put glass, plastic, paper, or aluminum in the residual waste bin). 🥗 Groceries Please remove all food leftovers – especially from the fridge, drawers, and surfaces. 🧼 Leave the premises clean and tidy The apartment should be tidy and roughly cleaned (“swept clean”) so that we can start the final cleaning right away. 🧺 Cleaning fee The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning of an apartment left in a tidy condition, as well as the washing of bed linens and towels.
