Free Parking, Pool, Fitness Room, Cable TV, WIFI Internet. 10 min drive to the great beach town of Clearwater Beach, and several other beaches and attractions. 30 min drive to 2 great downtowns: Tampa & St-Petersburg (many restaurants, bars, shopping and family attractions like Busch Gardens, Zoo at Lowry Park and Florida Aquarium). 1 hour 30 min to Legoland (Winter Haven) 1 hour 45 min. to Disney World (Orlando) By plane: St.Petersburg/Clearwater Airport: 11 miles (20 min. drive) Tampa Airport: 19 miles (30 min. drive) Peaceful gated community with great location. The community is restful and pet-friendly with gardens, heated pool, gym, and clubhouse. A few casual restaurants and a couple of stores are within walking distance of the condo (Publix supermarket right across the street), we are located in a residential area. You can easily reach the Pinellas trail from the condo (47-mile biking and running trail that spans from St.Pertersburg to Tarpon Springs) for an awesome bike ride along the sea! Don't fall from your bike if you see a dolphin ;) Enjoy the great vacation atmosphere in the renowned beach town of Clearwater Beach: sugar-sand beach, Beach Walk Promenade, Pier 60 with lots to do, great restaurants. Don't miss the "Clearwater Marine Aquarium" where you can meet the stars and see the set of the "Dolphin Tale" movies, a great experience. Look up their day camp for kids. Visit Dunedin, just north of Clearwater: a charming small-town with great local shopping on Main Street, where dogs are welcomed in restaurants and bars!
