The space In Aubagne, at the foot of the Garlaban mountains, you will have a villa in a 6000 m2 property with a wooded garden, pool, vegetable garden, aviaries, including 2 houses, one of which I live in. From the moment you arrive, a vacation feeling... Cicadas, sun, the smell of pine... Welcome to the South! Your villa with its independent entrance consists of: - a living area with a fireplace that opens onto an outdoor area where you will have most of your meals. Summer lounge, table, umbrella, electric grill are at your disposal. - a dining area. - a bedroom with a 160 bed and a large closet with wardrobe. - one bedroom with a 180 bed (or two 90 cm beds) and a large closet with wardrobe. They have new bedding and cotton sheets and pillows. - a kitchen equipped with everything you need. (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher) - bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Sheets, towels, bath towels provided. - private parking (2 cars) - a 4x8 swimming pool, Depth about 2 meters, unheated. Guest access Make yourself at home! You'll have the house to yourself. There are no other guests on the property during your stay. You will access the property through a large automatic gate. Ample parking allows you to easily park very close to your accommodation. The garden is at your disposal. Thyme, verbena, mint, sage are there for you. And of course the pool to swim, enjoy the sun, and have delicious naps is at your disposal throughout your stay. Other things to note Due to many unsecured water points (swimming pool, pond, well, canal, etc.) the rental is unfortunately not suitable for children. There are two houses on the property, one of which I live in.
