Apartment on 2 floors, in a chalet. The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 dining rooms and 1 bathroom (soon 2), 2 toilets and 1 terrace. The environment is quiet, in nature, but very close to La Tine train station. The space The accommodation is spacious (over 150 m2) and very quiet. On the 1st floor you will find 4 double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds (children), a large living room (living-dining room), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a hall with two ventilated pellet stoves that heat the whole. On the ground floor there is a small dining room, a kitchen, 1 toilet. A terrace is also available. A second bathroom (private for you) is located at the common entrance. The maximum number of guests is 8 adults and a total of 10, including babies. Guest access You have access to the whole ground floor and first floor as well as the terrace near the entrance. Parking (3-4 spaces depending on the season) is reserved for you except for the private space on the right. Access from the parking lot is via a staircase (and a ramp). Other things to note The MOB Goldenpass train passes in front of the house. It's rather bucolic (1 to 2 low-speed trains per hour in each direction). In winter, triple glazed windows perfectly insulate from noise. In summer, with the window open, it's about 30 seconds of noise when the train passes. If you stay more than 7 days in winter, we must come to do maintenance (every 5-7 days depending on the operation) for pellet stoves and empty the ashes.
