The space A 26 sqm studio-sized fully furnished room equipped with amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen, and inside building parking. Guest access The entire studio unit will only be accessed by the guest(s) alone. Security is strict. The lobby can be accessed by the public but hallways leading to the units can only be accessed by authorized personnel & registered guest(s). In light of the Covid pandemic, the following measures are being adopted by the Management to accommodate guests only can satisfy the following requirements, viz: 1. Booking requests are all subject to review by the Solinea Management; 2. At present, only booking requests on long-term, or with minimum of six-months stay will be allowed to stay; 3. A medical certificate or health clearance is required 4. A submission of photocopy of valid photo ID or passport. Please advise if you have any questions. Host is open to offer special rates should guests decide to stay for six months or more. Other things to note Guests are encouraged to let us know their arrival time in advance so check-in will be smooth & necessary arrangements can be made. To ensure a smooth self check-in process, we require our guests in line with the Building Security Office guidelines, to provide us with a screenshot of the guest's picture ID/Passport at least 5 days before your day or arrival, to allow us time to make the self check-in arrangement. Guests are strongly advised to keep all foodstuff in the fridge provided so as not to attract insects & pests & trash should be disposed on a daily basis. A refuse/disposal area is available on each floor. Inside building parking is available for a fee. Daily parking fee is PHP250.00. Long-term parking (no less than 4 days) is available at 30% discount. Construction of the clubhouse, gym & pool are still ongoing.
