The holiday home, structured on three levels with direct access to the beach, leaves the visitor with the enchantment of a breathtaking panorama overlooking the entire bay: on the left the granite rocks shaped by time and the sea, true natural monuments; on the right the exclusive white beach of Cala Caterina. There is no corner of the house here that is not a window on the sea. This will not be just any old stay, it will be a sensorial experience because the Bay of Cala Caterina is a corner of paradise where the beauty of a crystal-clear sea and the sound of the waves capture the senses and restore energy. You can have breakfast or lunch in the shade of a majestic juniper tree on the first of the four terraces all facing the sea and with a truly breathtaking panorama. And there you decide to dine al fresco under the starry sky, the barbecue area allows you to enjoy grilled fish and meat. And on the green lawn you can enjoy a magnificent sunset every day, less than 6 metres from the sea. The holiday house can accommodate up to 8/10 people and is structured as follows: On the ground floor of the Villa, the living area consists of a bright living room and a dining room overlooking the sea. Equipped with every comfort, with an American-style kitchen, they give you direct access to one of the terraces overlooking the sea and facing the sunset. Comfort is at home even at night. The first and second levels house the sleeping area with the bedrooms, including two doubles with a sea view, a bedroom with a single bed (French bed, which can also be used by a couple), another small mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (ideal for two children or young people aged 10/18) and a sofa bed with two single beds (also ideal for two children or young people aged 10/18) located in a sea-facing living room that can be closed off with a curtain system to guarantee privacy). Therefore the Villa can be rented individually or, in the case of many families or groups of friends, also together with our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina and/or our Monovano Waterfront Cala Caterina. -the houses are available all year round. -to be fair, please note that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow you to book without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation.
