My place is close to My place is close to the entrance to protected landscape of Cape Kamenjak (100m), woods (100m), center (600m), store(450m).. You’ll love my place because of the location which is peaceful and still close enough to the main attractions Premantura offers. My place is good for couples, families, children and friends. The apartment is on the second floor. 1 floor above of where the main entrance is. The space It is an apartment in an accommodation building with entrance from main shared hallway with 2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen, small bathroom and a small balcony. Central A/C units are in the living room/kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Guest access Garden is not accessible except in agreement with the owner about time and place. Other things to note Bad thing is that the apartment is very close to the outer central A/C system which makes some noise. The noise level (when the machine works. It turns on and off on occasion) is 35db with windows open and 30db with windows closed. Parking is marked as "free on premises" and "free on the street". It is because there isn't enough parking spaces for all units on the premises in which case the parking is on the street outside.
