Natural stone house & studio with a large garden by the sea

My place is very close to the sea, of seasonal art and culture, great views, restaurants and food, beach, marina, weekly market, beautiful boutiques, historic town center, oyster farm, gourmet shop. You'll love my place for its coziness, the location in the village, the large garden. It's an old house and studio apartment in the annex with charm and antiques. My place is nice for couples and families with kids. The two-story old building – with wooden walls, beamed ceilings and fireplace – is individually decorated with stylish furniture. There is an old piano in the dining room, in the living room the fireplace can be fired, from the kitchen you enter the large, sunny yard directly. In the beautiful season, tables, chairs, a parasol and a gas grill are available in the courtyard. A washing machine and dryer are located in the bright, spacious studio apartment in the annex, which is also with a shower room incl. Toilet, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a double bed on the gallery. In the garden house there are several bicycles, other garden furniture and toys for use. In the garden there is even a small toilet house hidden behind a hedge with hearts in the door. Except for the screaming of the seagulls, nothing will disturb their peace of mind. The house stands at the end of a small Sackackgasse. On the ground floor you will find the living room, the dining room with pantry and a small kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the bathtub bathroom. Under the roof is a large space with double bed and old furniture and extensive library with holiday reading in German, English and French.
