The space Our villa, built using the famous architectural features of Alaçatı, welcomes our guests in the comfort of their homes in every season. Our villa is 3+1 and has a queen bed, 3 single beds and a sofa for 2 people. 8 people can easily stay in our house. It has 3 air conditioners and a Nobo heater to keep you warm in winter. In addition, the unique fireplace feature of our villa offers a privilege where you can warm not only yourself but also your soul. All your needs, from filter coffee machines to microwave ovens, have been taken into consideration. Our villa promises you the holiday of your dreams with its private pool, which is periodically maintained, and a barbecue option in its pleasant garden, where you can enjoy the unique clean air of Alaçatı. You can use: • All rooms and a spacious living room • Fully equipped kitchen • French balcony • Garden (barbecue, seating area) • Private pool (8m x 3m) • Parking available in front of the house Other things to note *Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team carefully prepares the house between these times. *Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. Some of our guests may have allergies, and hygiene is very important to us. *We provide bath towels, but kindly bring your own towels for the beach or pool. *The pool is private and for your use only, but for safety reasons, children must always be supervised by an adult. *Garden and pool maintenance is carried out regularly. The gardener may occasionally visit the property—thank you for your understanding. *Out of respect for the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. *Parties and loud events are not allowed, in accordance with Airbnb’s general rules. Additional Information *The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, but we don’t provide food or drinking water—please come prepared. *For guests with babies, we provide a highchair and a travel crib. *In accordance with Turkish regulations, all guests must provide their ID information prior to check-in.
