The space Villa Palmiye has been thoughtfully designed down to the finest details and tastefully furnished to offer its guests a pleasant and comfortable stay. You can explore the luxurious and ergonomic features of Villa Palmiye below: Villa Palmiye is a detached private villa, exclusively for your use. Thanks to its secure surrounding walls, you can enjoy your stay without being disturbed by anyone. Our swimming pool is regularly maintained and cleaned throughout the year. Like the villa itself, the pool is private and exclusively reserved for our guests. In the living room, there is a fireplace that provides a warm and cozy atmosphere, offering peace and relaxation with both its visual appeal and soothing sound. Villa Palmiye features a total of two bathrooms, as well as a small guest toilet at the entrance. One bathroom is located upstairs, and there is also an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. There are three air conditioners in total: one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the double bedroom. Additionally, Nobo heaters are available in the other rooms. The garden of Villa Palmiye is richly landscaped with greenery and is regularly maintained. A barbecue is also available for guests to use in the garden. Thanks to the winter garden located in the backyard, our guests can enjoy the garden area in all seasons. Inside the villa, you will find all the essentials you may need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, television, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, cooking equipment, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. For guests who work remotely or need internet access, a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection is provided. There is also a designated parking area next to the villa for our guests’ vehicles. Some of our guests may have allergies, and hygiene is very important to us. *We provide bath towels, but kindly bring your own towels for the beach or pool. *The pool is private and for your use only, but for safety reasons, children must always be supervised by an adult. *Garden and pool maintenance is carried out regularly. The gardener may occasionally visit the property—thank you for your understanding. *Out of respect for the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. *Parties and loud events are not allowed, in accordance with Airbnb’s general rules.
