The dining table seats up to 10 and the outside dining area can seat up to 14. This is great for entertaining family & friends for special gatherings. There is a separate studio located on the ground level of the property that is completely self contained. Other things to note Dogs are permitted upon APPROVAL and a $500 refundable pet deposit. Deposit will be issued within 10 days of departure pending there is no damage or excessive cleaning. Please bring “your loved one” a pet bed for their comfort. No dogs are to be on any of the furniture. Please note standard exterior security cameras are used on the outside of the property.
