Family House in Geneva suburbs

Family house in suburbs of Geneva, less than 5km or 15 min by tram/bus to Lake Geneva. It is a very green neighbourhood with villas, where you can hear birds sing. There is a small garden and it is located in a dead-end street. Nearby playgrounds and nature walks. You are in the mountains (Haute-Savoie) in an hour by car, and can swim in Lake Geneva or in the Rhone. The train brings you to city center, Lausanne/Lavaux or even to Annecy (1h20 by train). Many free museums and events in Geneva! The space Basement: 1 bedroom with double bed (160*200 cm). Extra single mattress (90 cm *200) which can be moved to any room. Ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, open plan kitchen and living room. Fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (100*200cm), a second bedroom with 1 single bed (100*200cm), 1 bedroom with toddler bed (60*120cm) and double bed (160*200 cm), and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Second floor: only accessible on demand: 1 double bed (160cm*200cm) Guest access We will most likely close off access to the second floor. The rest of the house is yours to use. Please understand that this is our home we are renting out, with our children's own toys, plates from my grandmother, and other sentimental items, so we ask you to respect this. Since this is our home, it is a permanent work in progress, with bits to paint, or to repair. It is imperfect and full of love and hardwork. Other things to note Our house is strickly non smoking. No smoking anywhere inside. Please note the parquet floor in the living room is soft wood and previous guests have sadly damaged it (probably children banging toys on the floor) so please play on the carpet! Any damage will result in a claim. Football only in the garden please!! Some of the outdoor lamps in our private street have already been damaged by wannabe-Neymars and Ronaldos :)
