Only 3 km from Taormina and Isola Bella, true Sicilian gems! ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The space The inside is organized as follows: - THREE BEDROOMS WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOMS: three bedrooms with double beds, split A/C with heat pumps and en-suite bathrooms with bidet and shower! One of them has an 8sqm balcony equipped with chairs and a small table. Bed linen and towels included for each guest. - LIVING ROOM: a relaxation area with a kitchen. - KITCHEN: equipped with a 4-burner stove, a fridge, a traditional oven and a microwave. - TERRACE: PLEASE NOTE, an external staircase leads to the superb 70sqm terrace on the upper level, boasting a great sea-view and equipped with outdoor furniture. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, three 20" Led TV, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.).
