The space Our house is in a unique location right on the shore of Lake Zell. There is plenty of free parking. Next to the house there is a windsurfing center and a sports facility with a soccer field, skate park with halfpipe, basketball and beach volleyball court for free use. We organize joint hikes every week, a barbecue in the garden on the lake and fishing from the shore. The caught fish are then smoked, and that tastes good! The center and the train station are 15 minutes away by foot via the lake promenade. The Areitbahn is 3 minutes away by car and the ski bus stop is only 100 m away. The ski bus is free.
