Other things to note + The washing machine is restricted for use between 7-am - 7pm as it vibrates through the floor and annoys our neighbours underneath. Please follow this rule. + Pets and the breed must be disclosed in the introductory message. + No pets on the furniture. + Pets attract an additional cleaning fee per pet, per stay. + Pets attract a security deposit of $250 per pet. This is included in the $500 pet fee ($500= $250 fee + $250 security deposit). Once Checkout has occurred and the premises inspected with a satisfactory approval and pet hair not found on furniture and no damage, the security deposit of $250 will be returned. + No events or parties without approval. If you are proposing an event, enquire within for the associated additional fee. + Please note, external security cameras monitor all common area entry and exit points to the property. Private spaces are not monitored. + Strictly no smoking on the premises or outside. + Excessive Electricity Charge: Guests staying longer than 28 days agree to pay the additional electricity charge for the total amount exceeds $240 per month.
