The flat is exceptionally located in the heart of Larnaca city center and by the Finikoudes seafront. Main bus stop within few meters, bars, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Perfect to enjoy a vibrant and relaxing vacation throughout the year. The space The flat is located on the second floor. Two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, one has access to a private balcony and the other has en suite bathroom . Great views of the sea. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room space with access to a second side sea view balcony. There is an extra toilet and shower room in the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. From time to time I make small changes to some furniture pieces but more or less remains the same. Simple, cosy and modern! :) ( Baby crib and baby high chair available only on request! ) Guest access The flat is entirely yours. If you are a big group of friends/family and the flat will not fit you all you should also check my other listings (DiosPonte Collection ) as they are situated in the same building . One of them (DiosPonte Collection | Skala) fits up to 6 people. Other things to note There is a clothes and dish washing machine. (in case you don't know how to use them please ask me on your arrival and i will show you or provide you with the manual). For the little ones if you will need a travel baby crib or a high chair; please do let me know in advance to arrange [Extra charges may apply for this option]. Please treat my flat as your own. Make sure to put everything back into its place that goes for furniture too. As for any dirty dishes please use the traditional way of washing them up orrrr use the washing machine! It will do its magic.
