This is a 2/2 newly renovated unit in our Nature Lodge. A full kitchen with an open living space and a large flat screen TV. All bedrooms have a view of the gorgeous outdoors with two rooms open to a lovely veranda where you can drink your morning coffee and watch the deer roam. NO CLEANING FEES! The space If you’ve been perusing our website, you are probably aware that we offer far more than just a place to lay your head. This 225 acre property borders a full mile on the river and contains a mixture of wooded and non-wooded land, with a horse farm right in the middle! This means you can ride a horse, have direct access to the river to fish or kayak and beautiful hiking trails, as well as disc golf, basketball, farm animals (goats, sheep and their faithful protector, Watson, a Great Pyrenees), and more. Other things to note This Lodge is located on 225 acres with so much to do, yet filled with peace and quiet giving you a chance to re-connect with those you love. OTHER INFORMATION: Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of trails are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the trails. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the trails and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of trails may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the trails if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the trails while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the trails. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
