Country House in Chianti "From Vieri"

This house is an old farmhouse from 13th century in the Chianti hills, with a breathtaking view, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. It can accommodate 6 people (+ 2 in a double sofa bed) and has two bathrooms (both with shower and bidet). You'll be able to enjoy the beautiful garden and the private swimming pool! The house is perfect to relax from work and busy life (it is very silent around) and it is also a perfect location to visit some of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany. The space You reach the house from a dirt road (it has been partly asphalted in 2019) and there is a private parking in the ground (a bit narrow for vans). In the house you'll find all the utilities you need (oven, microwave, glasses for red wine ecc.). Concerning the bedrooms there are three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and the third one with two single beds that can also become a double bed. Please notice that one of the bedroom (that one with a fire place) is an open room with no door, as you can see from the pictures, divided only with a little wall. A baby cot is available for free (on request). Very good bakery and minimarket with local products 5 minutes by car, a bigger supermarket 10 minutes by car. There are a lot of steps and narrow stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms. There Is not air conditioning but there Is a fan in every bedroom Guest access You will enjoy the garden with sunbeds and the private swimming pool (7 x 4 m, h. 1.40, available from 01.05.-30.09) not suitable for diving. There is also a terrace, from which you can see the towers of San Gimignano, where you can relax, enjoying the beautiful sunset in the evening. In the garden, there is a barbecue and a wood oven to make homemade pizza. Don't hesitate to contact me for any questions during your stay! You Can also let me know if you Need to find something at your arrival, especially if you arrive on Sunday i can do some food shopping for you! If you like the idea i can organise some food class to do homemade pasta together (better if you ask for it before your arrival)! Other things to note There Is a tourist levy. According to the law the levy for my establishment is 1,50 € per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempted.
