All the rooms have breathtaking views of the ocean. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all of which are ensuite with sink, toilet and shower space. There is an additional 4 toilet for guest use. The decor is ultra modern with African accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including washing machine, coffe maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, pots, pans and all standard crockery. The furniture is authentic dhow wood furniture items made from recycled dhow boats - solid and beautiful. A comfortable home in an oasis. The compound has 24 hour security, in a securely fenced compound, in an upscale and safe area of Dar es Salaam close to local and international eateries. The apartment is a 25 minute drive to the city centre and about 45 minutes to the international airport. Guest access The guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The guest will have a dedicated parking spot marked F8 and can be provided a few more spots should they have guests calling in. The apartment is located off Mwai Kibaki road in the Kawe beach apartments compound. Other things to note Occassionally though rately there are power cuts and there is no back up generator available at present. This is a residential space with other tenants. All guests are requested to observe reasonable sound levels. Therefore loud music is not permitted.
