Authentic 19th century country house in the middle of 20 hectares. BB houses 2 suites & 1 classic room. Communal lounge with satellite TV. As well as summer kitchen with bbq and fridge, 14x7 swimming pool, jacuzzi for a fee, canoe, terraces overlooking the river .. Great place for fishing. Bicycles available. Located in the countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne, near the Périgord and the Dordogne, surrounded by medieval villages, 5 km from Villeneuve sur lot, Golf, Cycle paths ..... The space The Bucolic room is located upstairs in the main building. It is equipped with a shower room with toilet. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180) and a single bed (90) available for an extra person. Standard room rate is for 2 people. You will have a kettle with teas, infusions, coffees and sweets in your room as well as a fridge, desk, wifi and air conditioning. However, the room upstairs is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. We serve a rich continental breakfast daily in the lounge, summer kitchen and/or outdoor terrace The 3 accommodations of our Bed and Breakfast are composed by: The "Bucolique" with its 55m2 provides a double king-size bed of a 1m80 as well as a single bed in the niche of the room. The "Equestre" with its 80m2 provides a double king-size bed of a 1m80 and a spacious separate salon where a sofa bed allows the overnight stay of an extra person. The "Passant" classic room with 2O tal m2 with private terrace and bathroom in the hallway is extremely popular for short stays. Guest access On our domain you will find a jacuzzi and a large swimming pool of 14x7, with a spacious sun terrace and sun loungers for when the wonderful French sun is shining. The pool is equipped with an alarm, however, the children remain under the full responsibility of their parents. In the middle of the estate runs the river where you can boat or fish. For people who prefer to enjoy a quiet moment or a good book, you will find all kinds of peaceful places within the 20 hectares of garden. For nature lovers it is a real pleasure here. Moreover, you will not find a more beautiful starry sky anywhere!
