Condo in Mijas

This is a bright and spacious apartment in the complex Alamar located in La Cala de Mijas. Everything in the apartment is new. It's equipped with quality furniture and appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and a sofa bed for 2 more people. There is good WiFi connection, AC/heating and a big SmartTV where you can watch Netflix or other streaming apps. The apartment has a lovely terrace, very nice and comfortable for drinks and meals. There is secure underground parking. The space In the living room of the apartment, there is a big and comfortable sofa, we changed it after taking the photos . There is good WiFi connection accesible from all rooms. The TV is connected to the internet and there is available a Netflix account to use, there are other streaming apps like Amazon and Youtube. There are no English channels though. There is a central air conditioning system for all the apartment, it cools in summer and heats in winter. It does a very good job. You can access the terrace from the living room and from both bedrooms, it's really nice to have your meals and drinks. It has a bit of far off sea views. Both bedrooms have a double bed, linens and towels are provided for all beds and guests, also for the sofa bed. Both bedrooms have a built in wardrobe with drawers. The beds are new and comfortable. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath tub. And there is another bathroom with a shower in the aisle for the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances like an oven, vitro-ceramic stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer and a fridge. There are all types of cooking utensils as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery. Guest access The complex has a big outdoor swimming pool, it's open all year, but it's not heated. There is also a private parking space in an underground secure parking, you can also park inside the complex in front of the block. There is also a tennis/paddle court and 24h security. Other things to note A car is not really necessary, the centre of the village is only a 10-15 minutes walk, same thing to the beach. And the way there is easy, no hills or anything. The supermarket Lidl is just outside the complex, takes 2 minutes or less to get there.
