This fully furnished apartment features all new appliances, including the always important coffee machine. The master bedroom includes a King bed with large wardrobe and wrap around balcony access. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 King Single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a day bed with a pull out single bed and a King Single. With it's own TV, this bedroom is perfect to keep the children entertained. This property includes Wifi and Smart TV for your own Netflix and streaming service access. During your stay you will have full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. There is undercover basement parking for one car per unit. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
