For discerning travelers that don't need a lot of space. Super comfortable and semi private sleeping area in my 1 Bedroom apartment. This cozy comfortable and quiet and conveniently located only minutes from the Lake Michigan shoreline with easy access to I94, walking trails and beaches. Close to shopping, fast food restaurants and 10 mins to St. Joseph and Benton Harbor. Quiet 10 unit bldg, common areas are grungy but clean. Semi Private shared apartment with myself and 2 crazy kitties. Convenient access to all. Great for vacationing or short term work contracts. 10 minutes from D.C. Cook Plant and 20 minutes to any Whirlpool locations. Also convent access to all fast food, grocery and general shopping. Only minutes to Four Winds Casino, Navy Pier and downtown Saint Joseph shopping and Benton Harbor Arts District, and wonderful Southwest Michigan Agri-tourism including wine tours from Baroda to Benton Harbor and Coloma, and of course all the great beaches along the shores of Lake Michigan. Full use of semi private sleeping area partitioned off from the living room, unlimited access to the kitchen, bath, and balcony, off street parking. Wifi and cable passwords provided at location. During your stay, you will have full access to the apartment. Guests are great but within consideration that it's a small space and thin walls so not recommended for large gatherings or small children. Let's see, close to everything!!! There is very limited access to public transportation in Stevensville. Berrien Bus is a local bus service that picks up passengers at the Meijers Superstore nearby and make scheduled stops at certain active locations throughout the county. Meijers store is a short walk from the apartment. My unit is up one flight of stairs so if you have some physical limitations, this may not be a suitable fit for you.
