The space The FOUNTAIN OF PAVIA is an old farmhouse located in the urban center of the village of Caballar (Segovia), restored in 2011. The rehabilitation has been carried out preserving the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, mud cooked on floors and tiles made and hand painted in artisanal workshops. On the other hand, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal energy as an energy medium that allows us to obtain hot water and underfloor heating throughout the house, with the aim of reaching a sustainable balance with the environment. The Fountain of Pavia invites the peace, quiet and quiet of its visitors. The house is a full and totally independent rental. It has capacity for 6 people and has: 2 double BEDROOMS on the first floor (built-in bathroom, with bathtub). 1 double room room on the low floor. 3 full BAñOS, 2 of them with bathtub (on the first floor) and another with a hydromassage shower (on the ground floor). The KITCHEN is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Italian maker, extractor hood and small appliances (blender, toaster, electric juicer). In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, paper towels, dishwasher, liquid hand washing dishwasher, kitchen cloths, detergent and softener for washing machine, trash bags, brand new (brand new), bayeta (brand new) and tablecloth.
