House 'RUSTICA' is in the old and peaceful village of Zubovici, about a 10-minute drive from Novalja. It is surrounded by Pag's stunning rocky landscape, as well as a variety of beaches, hiking trails, and even coastal roads excellent for cycling, running, or walking. You'll enjoy a balcony with a stunning view of the bay area and mountains in the distance, as well as a back terrace with a BBQ and plenty of space for lounging and sunbathing. The nearest beach is only 350 meters away. The space The house is decorated in a rustic Mediterranean style. It has two floors, the first one has a living room with a dining area with an exit to the balcony and a kitchen. When you take the steps to the second floor you will see the two bedrooms and a shared bathroom that it holds. the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a single bed, and an exit to the balcony with a view. The other room holds a double bed and a single bunk bed. Both rooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan. On the terrace, you will find a barbecue, a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a big dining table that holds up to ten people. In the summer kitchen, there is a third shower, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, mainly for storing your drinks. Each floor is 50m² and the terrace has approx 70m² There is also private parking 30m from the house.
