Spacious sized rooms and really homely. Sleeps 4 in super king size, double or twin bedded options. Spring water on tap. Easy access for motorways to Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria & Manchester. Lots to see and do. Great for real ales & foodie markets. Not a party place, owners live in adjacent property The space Spacious rooms with fully fitted kitchen which includes double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Separate dining room. Large 20ft lounge with ample seating. Free sat TV, DVD and video player. Option for downstairs double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for the less mobile. Bed rooms upstairs have super king size beds which can be unzipped and converted into twin beds. Bath and shower in bathroom. Small area at the rear of the property for outside dining with picnic table and BBQ. Guest access You will need a car to access the area and there is free parking for up to 3 vehicles at the front of the property. Other things to note We are in a quiet location and live right next door to the property so it's not really a place to party. House rules quiet time 23.00 - 07.00
