"The Cottage" is located on a 2.5 acre property in Narre Warren North. We also have our main residence on the property but is separate to the Cottage. "The Cottage" is a three bedroom Heritage home built in 2010. There are three bedrooms (two Queen, one Double bed), bathroom, family room, Kitchen, Lounge with open fire, smart TV, Netflix and surround sound, and laundry. "The Cottage" is very private, peaceful, warm and welcoming. Please note our property is not suitable for children under 10. The space While the Cottage makes you feel like you are in your own private countryside setting, you are also close to freeway access to the CBD, great shopping and restaurants. While we are in a semi-rural area, we have all the benefits of suburban living. The Cottage is built in a heritage style and is only 9 years old - so it is fresh, the decor is period and antique furnishings are plenty. An open fire place, beautiful outdoor private patio and garden settings as well as the benefit of the property gardens. Guest access The main residence including the pool area is private property and not accessible to guests. Otherwise, feel free to roam the property at your leisure including the small vineyard. (Please make sure all gates are closed after entry and exit). Other things to note 1. We have a beautiful placid family black Labrador "Georgie" who was a guide dog. 2. Craig is a blacksmith and offers a 3 hr Blacksmithing session for $200 where you will make an item and learn the art of forging and principles of Blacksmithing. Please contact Craig if interested.
