Family holiday house on Scottish Eco Estate.

A light and spacious house at the heart of Bamff estate. A very comfortable place for a family of 4 - plus two extras if you like, by arrangement on a large sofa and folding bed. The two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and downstairs there is a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, porch, loo, and utility room. Wifi is included. The house has its own large enclosed garden with patio, and has views of fields and farm buildings. The space The house is on a private rural estate at the edge of the Scottish highlands. The estate is known for its rewilding project with beavers, and wildlife is abundant. The house sits between the organic sheep farm and the rewilding project with beaver wetlands. It has been refurbished and furnished, harmoniously blending the contemporary with the antique and the up cycled. Bamff estate is on the Cateran Trail, a 6 mile circular walk. Guest access The whole place is yours for the duration of your stay and you may walk anywhere provided you observe the country code. There is a small honesty shop for essentials and treats close by. Other things to note The house is up a mile of private road. At times it may be a little rough but it is always accessible by ordinary car if you take it slowly. This is a place for people who love rural life but nearby towns offer a range of possible pubs, shops and restaurants. There is also a little 'Honesty" shop on the estate for treats and some basic provisions. Guided beaver walks are available.
